schrodinger.seam.viz.watcherd module¶
Launch a background process that manages the seamwatcher directory used for monitoring and visualizing workflows

Parse the raw output of a $SCHRODINGER/jsc list JSON dump of jobs for jobs originally launched from LiveDesign. All LiveDesign jobs contain the environment variable
SCHRODINGER_JOB_METADATA.- Parameters
dump – the raw stdout of the jsc command
- Returns
a list of dicts where each dict is a JSON dump of the job
- cleanUpCompletePipelinesDir()¶
- Clean up the complete pipelines directory by removing any symlinks that
Point to non-existent directories.
Point to directories that do not contain a seam/.events file
