schrodinger.seam.testing.stu_tests.gbk_distributed_benchmark module

Benchmark distributed GBK performance.

Runs a real pipeline with 20M elements to trigger distributed GBK (threshold is 5M per worker).

Usage:

$SCHRODINGER/run python3 -m schrodinger.seam.testing.stu_tests.gbk_distributed_benchmark

schrodinger.seam.testing.stu_tests.gbk_distributed_benchmark.main() → None
