Builder panel
The Builder panel (currently in beta) allows you to easily build structures from various elements like atoms, fragments, rings, amino acids, etc. You can also assign charge, secondary structure, etc.
Open the Builder panel by clicking the "Builder" button in the Panel Toolbar.
Building can be done with chemicals, proteins, or nucleic acids.
Chemical
The builder panel opens the Chemical selected by default. There are options for building various aspects onto the structure in the workspace, including atoms, charge, residue, bonds and the model.
